Frau Wallström schuldet uns (Forum Vauban) noch eine "Ausführliche Mitteilung", auf welcher Grundlage die EU den Forum Vauban in den Konkurs gedrängt hat.
Da bin ich mal gespannt, wie Frau Wallström mit "europaverdrossenen EU-Bürgern ins Gespräch kommen" will. Ich bin definitiv einer von denen.
Ich werde mal versuchen mit ihr in Konatkt zu kommen und bitte Euch alle, Euch ebenfalls bei Frau Wallström über den "Fall Forum Vauban" zu informieren. Sie war es, die uns in den Konkurs gedrängt hat bzw. die es nicht verhindert hat. |

Das habe ich geschrieben:
Sehr geehrte Frau Wallström,
ich bin definitiv aus konkretem Anlaß ein von der EU zutiefst enttäuschter Bürger.
Als ehemaliger Vorstand des Forum Vauban e.V. http://www.forum-vauban.de/EU.shtml mußte ich mit ansehen, wie Sie zugelassen haben, daß der F.V. in den Konkurs getrieben wurde.
Sie haben uns damals eine ausführliche Begründung zugesagt, was Sie dem Forum Vauban vorwerfen. Auf diesen Brief warten wir und auch Herr von Wogau heute noch. Stattdessen stehen die ehemaligen Vorstände, die eine einmalige und einwandfreie Arbeit abgeliefert haben, vor Gericht.
Ich weiß, Sie sind nicht mehr an der Stelle im Amt. So wie die EU aber an ihrer Position festhält, seien Sie gewiss, sehr geehrte Frau Wallström, werde ich Sie um eine Antwort ersuchen. Sie werden uns definitiv nicht ad acta legen können. Ich bin freundlich, aber ich habe es mir zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Antwort von Ihnen zu bekommen.
Es gibt eine Reihe von Ungerechtigkeiten, die man erträgt, aber es gibt eine Schwelle die überschritten ist.

Heute nach einem Monat habe ich mal über ihr Blog nachgefragt.

Inzwischen hat sie im Blog doch tatsächlich geantwortet:

this is Margot Wallstroem.
I fell really sorry that it took me so long to respond. But I will try to catch up now:
The problem is that one office of our widespread bureaucracy made the contract with you, we thought that a benevolent association would have no problem to get the funding of 50% of the money. You know, we do not really know how benevolent associations work. We have more important stuff to do. But we thought, maybe you will get 350.000 EUR in donations from your members? Lets say 400 members give 1000 EUR each? This could have been possible, couldn't it?
Then later, when you and us realized that is was not happening, our officers Mr. Bittmann and Coulmier changed the agreements with you to only 15% subsidies and the main capital, 85%, coming from the private owners which bought energy-efficient household appliances.
Our offices should not have done it, and you see, they tried anything to avoid anything in written. So you brought your tax man with you to make a protocol. But so in the first court you lost, because who will believe some average guy when the whole European Community is fighting against you? I even have to admit that I had the impression that the judge did'nt get it at all.
That was the fault of our officers. We should have seen at the very beginning that the E.C. ist simply not able to collaborate with any benevolent association, due to the 50% problem. Sorry for that. I dont think we'll ever be able to change the 50% rule.
But, we wanted the prestige, I wanted the project having success. It was certainly good for everyone, especially for my career. This is the reason why later I did not cancel the case against you - it would have been a stain in my white collar.
So that's why you had literally hundreds of hours to work - it was just for my personal career. You see - now I am at another office within the E.C. - so I am not any longer responsible. That's a good thing, isnt't it? To avoid responsability, we had 9 different offices dealing with the Forum Vauban in the first place, as you learned in the first trial. No one has even sort of an overview. We are just like children playing in a sandbox, you know? With your tax money, but that is the reality. You voted for us, sometime, somehow! So take that.
Who should ever be able to control us? They'd have at least to learn a decent English to even talk to us.
So I hope you will get over it in time.
I know we're having a second trial, cause you didn't shut up so far, but we're making sure that now our 9 offices work together to make living hard for you.
